Our Contract
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Monster Plastics (Monster Plastics is the trading name of Stony Group Ltd) whose registered office is at Factory 2, Phoenix Park Industrial Estate, Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 6PQ.
For the purposes of identification the terms 'us,we,our' and the Company will refer to Monster Plastics. The term 'you' will refer to the customer of Monster Plastics.
All orders placed by you are based on these Terms & Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us upon delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us. Please note that the processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Pricing & payment
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery and or other services as set out in the Order Form.
We must receive payment for the entire cost of your order and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Payments. Billing will appear as "Monster Plastics". Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared. Monster Plastics is the Trading name of Stony Group Ltd.
Our prices exclude delivery. Delivery pricing is dependent on the total of the order. Delivery is Free on orders over £100. Orders under £100, the delivery charge is £30 Inc VAT.
VAT is included in the price (unless otherwise stated) and will be charged at the standard VAT rate and is subject to change without notice. Stony Group Ltd is VAT registered (VAT No. GB 408336895).
Delivery
Monster Plastics offer FREE delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 will incur a delivery cost of £30.00.
Deliveries will normally be met within 3 - 7 working days from the date of your payment being received. If your delivery has not been received within this time, please contact us for an update on your order by logging into your account https://monsterplastics.co.uk/login.php and send us a message.
Delivery timescales are to working days only - no deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays. Please be advised delivery dates given are as a guideline only as we and our delivery partners cope with a surge in demand. Please do not plan to start any installation until goods arrive.
All items must be checked for any sign of damage or picking errors upon delivery. Should there be any discrepancy with regards to the condition of or items delivered you (the customer), must not sign for those goods and contact us within 1 working day to notify us of the error so we can rectify this as soon as possible. We aim to re-deliver all items within 5 working days.
Before booking your installation, we urge you to ensure the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. This will enable you to check for missing items, damaged or defects before proceeding with the installation. This provides enough time for Monster Plastics to resolve any problems or order any extra items required.
Signing the delivery consignment note will confirm that all goods received are in good condition and all items have been received as per your original order.
Storing Your products
All building plastics must be stored correctly until used;
- All building plastics must not be stored in direct sunlight where it can get very hot and warp.
- Fascia boards, soffit boards, cladding and downpipes must be stored flat
- Do not place Downpipes directly onto hard surface such as gravel drives or dusty concrete floors as they can easily be scratched. Try to keep them in original packaging and store them flat until they are to be used.
- Gutter bits normally arrive in a clear plastic bags. Try to really take care, not to man-handle the bags or throw them down onto hard surfaces, as they can scratch when they rub together or get broken.
- To ensure your gutter parts and fascia trims stay pristine until they are fitted, try to store them inside away from direct sunlight and where they are not going to get damaged.
Monster Plastics cannot be held responsible for damaged products due products not being stored correctly. It is the sole responsibility of you (the customer) to ensure all products are stored correctly.
Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to mainland UK meaning we are unable to deliver to IM, PA41 - PA80, PO31-PO41, JE, GY and HA1-H9 postcode areas. Please contact us directly should you need further clarification
Returns
If you need to return any products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order either by emailing us (The email address is on your order confirmation) or by logging into your Monster Plastics account.
We will notify you where the goods need to be returned to.
All products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. Any postage costs for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the product(s) and we are satisfied with the condition of the product(s) we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Special Order Items
We regret that we cannot refund, in full or in part, special order items.
Availability
Whilst we pride ourselves on our extensive stock level and product range we may occasionally be unable to complete certain orders due to insufficient stock or items that become obsolete. In this instance, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.
Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 7 days of delivery, we will, subject to availability, either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than the refund for the product. Our liability to you shall not in any event includes any losses related to any other consequential loss whatsoever.
The data we collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, title.
- Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data may include payment card details.
- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
- Technical Data may includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
- Profile Data may include your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data may include information about how you use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data may include your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about visitors to this site, sales and traffic patterns. The information collected will also be used to help us provide further services on this site in the future. However we do not sell or share any information about you as an individual user of this site unless you agree to us doing so.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. No information collected by us on this site will be sold, rented or loaned except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and consented to by you.
